Unless you don’t mind getting snot all over your copy of the book, you should really keep a box of tissues beside you as you read (unless you cry decently, which is seemingly impossible for me).

I recently (and when I say ‘recently’, I mean today) borrowed this book and just finished reading it roughly half an hour ago, and let me tell you - it’s amazing.
The blurb reads, “Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed up diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Agustus Waters suddenly appears a Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel’s story is about to be completely rewritten.”
Basically it’s about this girl named Hazel who has cancer and meets this boy named Agustus, and they slowly fall in love but Hazel doesn’t want to hurt him if she dies and i can’t even tell you this book is so good it had me in tears when i finished it.
i know it was published a couple of months ago (?) but i never really thought it was worth reading because it sounded sort of depressing, until i borrowed it and completely fell in love with it and blubbered like a baby for a good fifteen minutes.
it’s captivating, remarkable, it’ll make you weep and raise your eyebrow and get urges to go on twitter and quote a sentence from the book, it’ll bring you on this roller coaster ride of emotions that are indescribable and it’ll just sort of make you want to buy your own copy because it is THAT great.
i just UGHHHKSDFHGLFDSKGHDSKGH
GOD I CAN’T EVEN THINK OF A TITLE TO START WITH
also, i would like to add that i do not only fucking LOVE this book because of its tragic love story, but the metaphors are quite the bomb diggity. as in radical. AHMAZINGGG.
